These Terms of Service govern your use of electricianleadsystem.com and the services offered by Next Wave Marketing, operated by All Wellness Matters LLC. By using the site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these Terms. This is a sample Terms of Service provided for review; the business owner should confirm final terms before launch.

2. Services

Next Wave Marketing designs and implements electrician websites, lead systems, intake forms, booking, and CRM/automation for electrical contractors. Prices and deliverables are described on the site at the time of order. The one-time setup fee and any ongoing service fees are billed under the terms presented at checkout and in your service agreement.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

• Opt-in. We send text messages only to numbers for which we have a recorded, verifiable opt-in. SMS consent is separate from email consent and from acceptance of these Terms, and is not a condition of purchase.
• Types & purposes. Consultation follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, and demonstration messages.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Rates. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• STOP. Reply STOP to opt out.
• HELP. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Demonstrations

Interactive demonstrations on this site (including the missed-call text-back simulation) are illustrative only. The visual simulation never sends SMS, triggers calls, or activates any messaging workflow. The live SMS portion of a demonstration remains disabled (“Coming Soon”) until the required messaging registration is approved and a verified method is in place to associate recorded consent with the actual caller ID.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content, design, and branding are the property of All Wellness Matters LLC / Next Wave Marketing and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for content you provide for building your own system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Wave Marketing and All Wellness Matters LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Specific liability terms are to be confirmed by the business owner before launch.
