Privacy Policy

1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Next Wave Marketing, operated by All Wellness Matters LLC, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our tools, request a consultation, or participate in a demonstration. This is a sample policy provided for review. Where specific details (such as a business address or support email) are not yet confirmed, they are marked below for the business owner to provide before launch.
2. Business Identity & Contact
- Legal entity: All Wellness Matters LLC, doing business as Next Wave Marketing.
- Website: electricianleadsystem.com.
- Business mailing address and support email: To be provided by the business owner.
3. Information We Collect
- Contact details you provide directly — such as name, email, phone number, and business information — when you request a consultation, book a Fit Call, or get started.
- Phone number for SMS. When you opt in to text messages, we use the phone number you provide (or the number you call us from for a live demonstration) to send demonstration, appointment, reminder, and follow-up messages.
- Usage information collected automatically, such as pages viewed and device/browser type, used to improve the site.
4. SMS Messaging & Consent
If you opt in, we may send text messages using automated technology. The types and purposes of messages include:
- Types & purposes: consultation follow-up, appointment confirmations, reminders, demonstration messages, and related service follow-up.
- Message frequency: varies. Appointment and reminder messages are typically one or two per scheduled appointment; demonstration and follow-up messages depend on your replies.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- STOP & HELP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your ability to use our services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a consultation or get started without opting in to text messages. SMS consent is collected separately from email consent and general terms acceptance, and it is never bundled with them.
5. How We Handle SMS Consent & Phone Numbers
- We only send SMS to numbers for which we have a recorded, verifiable opt-in.
- A checked checkbox on a webpage alone does not prove the visitor owns a given incoming caller ID. Where consent must be associated with a caller (for example, a live missed-call text-back demonstration), we use a verified method to associate the recorded consent with the actual caller before sending any SMS. Until that verification and the required messaging registration are in place, the live SMS portion of any demonstration remains disabled and marked “Coming Soon.”
- We record the consent state and a timestamp at submission. Where a backend is not connected, consent is captured locally only and is not falsely recorded as stored.
- We do not automatically enroll visitors in SMS campaigns simply because they booked a call.
- Phone numbers and consent records are stored securely and used only for the purposes described here.
6. Data Sharing & Privacy
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver messages, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and as required by law. Specific third parties and data-handling details are to be confirmed by the business owner before launch.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To exercise these rights, contact us at the support email listed above once confirmed.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
